EconoFlip vs RetailRadar

RetailRadar hands you a search box. We hand you the net profit.

Both track deals across Canada's big retailers. But RetailRadar stops at the discount — it can't match the deal to Amazon, and it doesn't bring Keepa data, so no sales estimates and no rank out of the box. EconoFlip does the match, the sales math, and the FBA math for you, on the exact pages you choose to analyze.

RetailRadar stops at the discount

RetailRadar is a good price tracker. It watches many Canadian retailers and flags the drops. Genuinely useful if all you want is to spot a markdown.

But a markdown isn't a flip. Before you spend a dollar, you need two things RetailRadar doesn't give you.

First, the Amazon match. RetailRadar shows you a discount and a button: "Search on Amazon." You do the searching, you find the right listing, you work out the fees. It hands you the deal; you do the match.

Second — and this is the big one — the sales data. RetailRadar doesn't supply Keepa data, so out of the box there's no sales-per-month estimate, no BSR rank, no rank drops — the exact numbers that tell you whether a product actually sells or just sits. Its price history is the retailer's own price tracked over time, not Amazon's, so it's silent on the Amazon side entirely. (It'll show an Amazon price-history button only if you paste in — and pay for — your own Keepa key.)

So you're left with "it's cheap." Cheap isn't the same as flippable.

EconoFlip closes both gaps. We match the deal to the Amazon Buy Box, pull the Keepa sales data, and put it all on the row: estimated sales per month, rank drops, net profit, ROI, and a flip score — plus 90 days of real Amazon Buy Box history. No searching. No key to paste. No guessing whether it moves.

Two ways to find a deal

Here's the real difference in how the deals get found. RetailRadar scans retailers on its own and serves you whatever its crawler decided to track. Wide, automatic — but it's their list, not yours.

EconoFlip works the other way. You browse the page you actually care about, and the extension analyzes exactly that — the store, the category, the clearance aisle you're targeting. It's a bit more hands-on. In return you get control: you're guaranteed to analyze what you came for, and the analysis stays private to you.

Automatic and generic, or targeted and yours. Pick the one that fits how you hunt.
